Last year’s Kindergarten class demonstrating mask wearing
QTS Covid Update for Thursday, September 30, 2021
- QTS has had its first breakthrough case of Covid with an adult. A breakthrough case means the person was fully vaccinated and still contracted Covid 19. This makes case #6 at QTS since the beginning of the school year.
- QTS currently is tracking thirteen (13) exposure cases of students and adults.
Stephanie Doebbler, QTS Registrar is posting to all parent emails the following message.———–Dear QTS Parents;QTS has seen an increase in students not wearing masks to get on the bus and being dropped off for school with no masks this past week. QTS cannot continue to be so generous in handing out masks, so please begin immediately by having your child wear their approved masks (double layer) to the bus stop and when getting out of the car for school. Prior to this week, students have done a great job with this matter.Recall it is a mandate that all properly wear a mask in a public building. We don’t want to turn kids away, but QTS will have to begin doing so next week at the school parent drop off and at the bus pick up locations. QTS appreciate your cooperation and support in this important safety matter.Thank youQTS Administration and Superintendent
